Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 cups blueberries
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, orange peel, and salt in large bowl. Cut in margarine until mixture looks like fine crumbs; stir in pecans. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla and lemon juice and stir into flour mixture; fold in berries. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Bake at 350° 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
