Ingredients
- 3 lbs. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 oatmeal
- 1 cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Sauce:
- 2 s ketchup
- 1 brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 onion, chopped
Directions
To make meatballs, combine all ingredients and shape into walnut-sized balls. Place meatballs on wax-paper lined cookie sheets; freeze until solid. Store frozen meatballs in freezer bag until ready to cook, Makes 80 meatballs.
Sauce:
To make sauce, combine all ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place frozen meatballs in 9×13-inch baking pan; pour on sauce. Bake at 350° 1 hour. Serve with potato chips.
