COLUMBUS – United Producers Inc. and Prairie Livestock have reached a livestock marketing and related services agreement.
This agreement allows each organization to work together focusing efforts on specific livestock marketing functions.
United Producers will concentrate on procuring cattle as well as developing additional programs and services to help cow/calf operators and backgrounders raise and market the livestock needed to meet the demands of cattle feeders.
Prairie will focus its efforts on servicing commercial feed yards and developing programs that provide the type and quantity of cattle needed by commercial feeders in order to meet consumer demands.
