COSHOCTON, Ohio – “Quilts and Coverlets: Past and Present,” the second lecture of the 2002 Roscoe Village membership lecture series will be held March 6 at the Roscoe Village Visitor Center at 7 p.m.
Presented by Wilma Hunt, historian and curator for the Roscoe Village Foundation, the program will include a sample of the foundation’s collection of quilts and coverlets.
Hunt is a Coshocton County native and a local genealogist with family roots to the earliest settlers in Coshocton and Muskingum counties.
Additional lectures in the 2002 series include an Italian cooking demonstration, April 3; a cake decorating class, May 1; and a vintage clothing style show, June 5.
