New postal regulations recently went into effect within the U.S. Postal Service. To comply with these changes, Farm and Dairy purchased new postal sorting software. While the implementation of this new software and our compliance with new postal procedures have gone relatively well, we have identified some isolated problems.
We are currently working with the USPS and the software company to work out the remaining kinks.
