LISBON, Ohio – All cattle producers, especially commercial producers are invited to attend a meeting July 11 at 7:30 p.m. at Summitcrest Farms in Summitville, Ohio.
Ken Conway, president and owner of Angus GeneNet, will explain opportunities for receiving more money for cattle. The opportunity is available for all cattle producers, large and small, purebred and commercial and feedlot operators. Conway will discuss the contract recently negotiated between Angus GeneNet and Taylor Packing Co., Wyalusing, Pa., to provide quality cattle of all breeds for their Branded Beef Program.
Angus GeneNet, an integrated marketing alliance is working with over 1,000 producers ranging from seedstock and cow-calf producers to feeders and feedlots to help them get the maximum value from their high quality cattle.
Angus GeneNet has killed over 150,000 head to date.
