Plain white. The National Weather Service, the chief U.S. prediction agency, released its spring outlook late last month. Different parts of the country were shaded with blues and reds and greens, but for the most part, Ohio and Pennsylvania looked … well, boring.
The outlook highlights areas that will be especially wet, such as Michigan and Iowa, and areas in the southwest U.S. that will be warmer than usual.
Ohio and Pennsylvania remained white, though, meaning nothing too out of the ordinary is expected here in the next three months.
