HANOVERTON, Ohio – At a Jan. 12 auction conducted by auctioneer Jayme Gandee of Minerva, Ohio, 65 acres of open and wooded land in Columbiana County’s Franklin Township, offered in 12 lots, sold for $134,119. The auction was conducted for the estate of Earl Beal.
