Editor:
Whoever wrote “Wanted: Responsible farm hand to work long hours for cheap wages,” (June 12, 2003, Farm and Dairy) should be fired or have their head examined.
Or better yet, maybe they should get into farming and hire several workers and pay for everything by farming. You would have to have a really good education to write that article.
A better article to write about would be 1.) getting someone else to pay for my medical insurance and still have to pay for his own or do without if he can’t afford any; or 2.) Getting someone else to pay higher taxes or higher prices for what he buys so I can have higher wages to have a big retirement, a nice home, new car and anything else I want.
