Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillets
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine salmon and all other ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag and marinate for 1 hour.
- Cook at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes until salmon reaches 165 F. Or, place salmon in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. When ready to bake, thaw in the fridge overnight. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon reaches 165 F.
- Serve with vegetables or rice.
