    Maple Syrup Salmon

    Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillets
    • 2 tsp. minced ginger
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Directions:

    1. Combine salmon and all other ingredients in a large resealable freezer bag and marinate for 1 hour.
    2. Cook at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes until salmon reaches 165 F. Or, place salmon in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. When ready to bake, thaw in the fridge overnight. Bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon reaches 165 F.
    3. Serve with vegetables or rice.
