Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen or fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 – 1 cup choice milk (almond, soy, oat, unsweetened)
- Additive suggestions: chocolate chips, peanut butter, coffee
Directions:
- Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1 minute, stopping to scrape the sides, if needed. Add more milk to desired thickness.
