Ingredients:
- 9 cups lightly salted popcorn
- 12 oz. bag white chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. coconut oil or vegetable oil
- 10 oz. bag Christmas hard shelled chocolate candies
- Optional Christmas sprinkles
Directions:
- Line a large pan with parchment or foil; set aside.
- Prepare popcorn and remove any un-popped kernels.
- Sprinkle candy over the popcorn.
- Microwave chocolate and oil in 15-second bursts, stirring until smooth. Pour melted chocolate over popcorn and candy; stir until coated.
- Spread popcorn on the pan; add sprinkles if desired.
- Let harden and then break into pieces.
