Ingredients:
- 1 baked pie crust
- 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- For topping Cool Whip
Directions:
- While baking pie crust, mix sweetened condensed milk and salt with maple syrup in a 3-quart saucepan over medium to low heat. Stir frequently until the mixture bubbles and boils. Stir constantly while it comes to a rolling boil for a minute.
- Pour in baked pie crust. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- After chilling, add Cool Whip topping and enjoy!
