Maple Cream Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
  • For topping Cool Whip

Directions:

  1. While baking pie crust, mix sweetened condensed milk and salt with maple syrup in a 3-quart saucepan over medium to low heat. Stir frequently until the mixture bubbles and boils. Stir constantly while it comes to a rolling boil for a minute.
  2. Pour in baked pie crust. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. After chilling, add Cool Whip topping and enjoy!
