Ingredients:
- 1-1.5 lbs. ground lamb
- 1/2 -1 cup chopped onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix meat, onions, salt, pepper and sage together.
- Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs. Place in 8 1/2-by-13-inch pan.
- Mix cream of mushroom and cream of celery soup together and pour over meatballs until about 3/4 covered. Cover pan with foil.
- Bake for 60-75 minutes.
