Ingredients:
- 2 bunches of radishe, washed, stems removed, and halved or quarted depending on size.
- 1 1/2 Tbsps. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. crushed rosemary
- Tbsp. honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon mat.
- Combine radishes, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and honey and toss together on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the radishes, cut side down across the pan.
- Bake 40 min, flipping halway through.
- Serve hot.
