Ingredients
- 1 lb. small pork sausages
- 1 milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
Fry sausage until lightly browned and all fat has been rendered. Place sausages in a 9-inch square baking dish.
To prepare batter, place milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and butter in blender. Blend 1 minute until smooth. Pour batter over sausage and bake, uncovered, in 400° oven 30 minutes. Batter will become puffed, crisp and golden brown.
