Ingredients
- Here?s a low-fat version of calcium-rich hot cocoa to
- make at home.
- 4 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 teaspoons sugar
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Stir together cocoa and sugar in medium saucepan. Add milk and heat slowly to desired temperature. Remove and stir in vanilla. Makes two servings.
To make your own ?mocha? coffee drink and serve four people, add 2 cups of prepared coffee while warming this mixture. Your ?special coffee? will have less than 70 calories. If you?re watching sugar, use sugar substitute.
