Ingredients
- 12 large fresh mushrooms, diced
- 1/2 seasoned bread crumbs
- 6 ozs. butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 ozs. sour cream
- 1/2 fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Melt butter, add onion, garlic, parsley and mushrooms. Simmer. Sprinkle in flour and bread crumbs. Add sour cream. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve warm and spread over crackers.
