Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1/4 vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 water
Directions
Brown chicken in oil. Transfer chicken to slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high 4 to 6 hours. Serve over rice.
