Ingredients
- 1 whole brie or pie shape
- 1 can whole cranberry sauce or 1 1/2 cups of leftover cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 brown sugar
- slivered almonds
- water biscuits or crackers
Directions
Cut off hard skin. But Brie in oven-safe dish. Mix cranberry sauce and spices. Pour mixture over Brie and top with almonds. Bake at 400° 10 minutes. Should be warm, but not brown on top, and Brie should be soft. Serve with water biscuits or crackers.
