Ingredients:
- 2 acorn squash
- 2/3 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cups butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
- Cut squash in half. Remove seeds.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spoon into squash halves. Place squash in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours until tender.
