Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 Tbsp. hummus
- 1 Tbsp. shredded cheese
- 1 Tbsp. shredded carrots
- 3-4 cucumber slices
- 3-4 apple slices
Directions:
- Put 1 tortilla on a plate.
- Spread the hummus on half of the tortilla.
- Layer on the cheese, carrots, cucumber, and apple slices.
- Roll up the tortilla around the fillings and cut in half.
