Item Number 655 received two little ol’ guesses but, according to Wally Krauss of S. Madison who contributed the gizmo, neither is correct.
Wally says the clip-like gadget is an old blanket holder used to hold blankets in place on a baby’s crib. Can anyone confirm (or challenge?).
