Ingredients:
- 10 oz. broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 4 oz. butter
- 1 onion, small, chopped fine
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese, small curd
- 3 eggs
- 1 8.5 oz. box corn muffin mix
Directions:
- Cut butter into small pieces. Break broccoli in the small pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and put in a 9” x 5” greased and floured pan.
- Bake at 400ºF for 30 minutes or until done.
