Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers (2 medium)
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
Directions:
- In medium bowl, mix ingredients until well blended. Cover; refrigerate about 4 hours or until chilled.
