SEBRING, Ohio – Tom Liverett of the Marlboro Volunteers will present a program on military headgear at the next meeting of the Sebring Historical Society April 15.
The program begins at 7 p.m. at the Presbyterian church on the corner of North 16th Street and West Indiana Avenue in Sebring.
Liverett will bring examples of the different types of headgear worn in various wars from the French and Indian War to the present. He will include information about each hat or helmet and about the conflict in which it was worn.
The program is free and open to the public.
