Bill and Rebecca, of Waterford, Pennsylvania, met thanks to a local newspaper’s “Rendezous” ads. The couple celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary on November 3, 2012. Also pictured is their dog, Rosie.

Bill and Mary Lou Wise of Hartville, Ohio, met at a square dance in April 1946 and were married on January 30, 1947. The couple raised 13 children on their dairy farm. They recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.

The Millers, both now 85, met at a festival in Shanesville (Sugarcreek), Ohio, in September 1951, and married Aug. 2, 1952. Incidentally, Miriam was at the festival with her girlfriend, Maxine Immel, and Don was at the festival with his friend, the late Wayne Gerber. They also fell in love and married March 16, 1952. The Millers lived on the farm that had been in Don’s family for five generations.
