CORTLAND, Ohio — The Trumbull County 4-H program has a youth club focused on teaching kids how to scrapbook, and they are looking for new youth to join the club. The 4-H scrapbooking project is designed to help youth learn the fundamentals of preserving photo memories while creating scrapbooks.

Cortland Memory Books 4-H club is led by two adult volunteers and is open to youth between 8 and 18 years old (8-year-olds must also be in third grade by Nov. 1, 2013). The club meets at the Trumbull Family and Agricultural Education Center in Cortland, at 520 W. Main St. Meetings are held at various times. Some items that would be handy to have are card stock, pattern paper, 12-inch trimmer and adhesives.

Anyone who is interested in getting involved with Cortland Memory Books 4-H club may contact the OSU Extension office in Trumbull County at 330-638-6783 or may email the 4-H Extension educator, Michelle Adkins, at Adkins.240@osu.edu.
