CECIL, Ohio — Cecil 4-H will be holding its first meeting for the year Feb. 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cecil Volunteer Fire Hall.
Meetings will be held every third Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. until June 15 at the Cecil #3 Volunteer Fire Hall.
The club is welcoming new members between 5 and 17 at the first meeting.

ELLSWORTH, Ohio — The Western Reserve Rangers 4-H Club is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Officers are president, William Reph, vice presidents, Abby Schors and Olivia Reph; secretaries, Olivia Haid and Isabel Schors; treasurers, Richie Hedrick and Collin Meehan; recreation leaders, Emma Reph, Camile Kirk, Brandor Quear, and Thomas Collier, and health and safety leaders, Autumn Reed and Natalia Kresic.
Advisers Robin and Steve Reph and Laura Jones updated members about county livestock meetings and the March 4th Quality Assurance Sessions at South Range Schools.
Robin also reviewed the Ohio 4-H Code of Conduct from the enrollment forms. Reph announced that the judging dates for still projects and food and nutrition projects will be July 17, and the clothing and fashion projects and the county style revue will be on July 19.
The first Cloverbud meeting will be March 25, from noon-2 p.m., at the Ellsworth Fire Hall. New members, kindergarten through second grade are welcome.
Bailey Hornberger and Samantha Snyder, who are in their first year of college, will be completing their final year of 4-H with the Rangers this year. Western Reserve The Rangers 4-H Club will next meet March 9, at the Ellsworth Fire Hall at 7 p.m.
