Mocha Coconut Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. flaked Coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chilled bold flavored coffee
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp. honey

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, Shredded Coconut, and cocoa powder in your blender.
  2. Pulse until all ingredients are well mixed and powdery.
  3. Add Greek yogurt, coconut milk, and Coffee and blend until dry ingredients are well incorporated and mixture seems smooth.
  4. Add banana and honey and pulse a few more times until mixture is smooth.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in fridge until ready to drink.
