Earth Day is April 22, and Farm and Dairy is asking you to share pictures of what Earth Day means to you using social media by tagging them #EarthDayontheFarm.
No one has a greater connection to and appreciation for the earth’s precious resources than farmers. Ninety percent of our food is directly or indirectly produced on soil. The nutrient content of food crops is directly impacted by soil health and soil fertility.
The world depends on farmers every day. Farmers not only do a great deal to protect the land, they strive to make it better — so every day is Earth Day on the farm.
We want to see what Earth Day on your farm looks like. Images can be shared using the hashtag #EarthDayontheFarm on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook.
