It’s easy to get into a routine of eating the same breakfasts, packing the same lunches and fixing the same dinners over and over again. Time sheds some light on what experts believe the best foods are for us to eat.
Dr. Susan Roberts, Tufts University director of the Energy Metabolism Laboratory, says that eating a variety of foods actually leads to increased eating. However, consuming many different foods offers many more nutrients than only one food contains. It all comes down to the variety of foods eaten. As of now, experts still recommend eating a variety of healthy foods.
