John Lang, owner of Mogul Creek Farm in Portage County, took a skiing trip to the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Snowbird, Utah, with his family— and his Farm and Dairy — in December. Lang had plenty of time for reading as the group had to wait an hour for the tram, only to find that it was temporarily closed due to a high avalanche warning. The good news is they made it to the 10,000 foot summit later that day.
