WASHINGTON — The U.S. Ag industry produces the safest food in the world. However, drug residues in beef are drawing increased scrutiny from the Food and Drug Administration.

Webinars

American Farmers for the Advancement and Conservation of Technology have scheduled a series of free webinars for producers and veterinarians, designed to provide specific steps to ensure appropriate use of animal health products.

Presenting will be Mike Lormore, director of Dairy Veterinary Operations with Pfizer Animal Health and noted large-herd consultant. Producer leaders of AFACT will join Lormore to facilitate the sessions.

Times

Due to the limited number of seats in each session, these free webinars are being offered March 23 and 25 as well as April 5 and 6. For more information and online registration e-mail information@itisafact.org or call 800-340-0737.
