URBANDALE, Iowa — Farm Safety 4 Just Kids recently received $100,000 from Nationwide Insurance, presented by Gary A. Douglas, president and COO of Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Company.
The donation is the first major gift to help fund the organization’s $10 million national endowment for the Children’s Safety Campaign. In 1987, a year after the death of her son Keith, Marilyn Adams founded Farm Safety 4 Just Kids to educate families about dangers of working and/or living on farms and ranches.
