Cap and trade is a bad idea

In regard to your Oct. 1 column, we agree that cap and trade is a BAD IDEA for Ohio AND farmers !!

South Central Power has told its customers that if cap and trade passes the AVERAGE bill per customer will go UP a WHOPPING $1,800 a year!!

That alone is enough to scare the average person!!
