BEAVER FALLS, Pa. – The Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls is holding an antiques and collectibles appraisal affair on Nov. 2 from 3-7 p.m. at the Beaver Falls High School Commons Area.
Area antique dealers and collectors will be available to comment on values of items.
General admission is $5 which includes one appraisal. Each additional appraisal is $5. Tickets can be purchased prior to the event at the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls or at the door on the day of the event.

Large items. The library is requesting that no large items be brought in. It is suggested that photographs and a removable piece such as a drawer be brought in for larger items.
Only verbal appraisal values of what an item would bring in at an auction or if sold outright will be given. Verbal appraisals are not for tax or insurance purposes.
Appraisers will make their business cards available if a person desires to have a detailed appraisal done in the future.
Since the appraisal affair will be held on school grounds, there will be no appraisals of any type of weaponry. Weapons are not permitted on school grounds.
